การรีเซ็ทเครื่องปริ้นท์ Brother แบบmanual

ถอดปลั๊ก กดปุ่ม Menu ค้างไว้ แล้วเสียบปลั๊ก รอจนหน้าจอขึ้นคำว่า Maintanance
    แล้วปล่อยมือ

1. กด 80 โดยใช้ลูกศรเลื่อนเหมือนเดิมครับ อย่าลืมกด Set ระหว่างตัวด้วยครับ
2. กด Mono Start ไปเรื่อยๆ หาคำว่า Purge : XXXX
3. กด 2783 โดยใช้วิธีกดลูกศรเลื่อนขึ้นเหมือนเดิม อย่าลืมกด Set ระหว่างตัวด้วยครับ
4. ตัว Purge : 0000 จะกลายเป็นศูนย์ทั้งหมด แล้วกด Stop
5. กด 99 โดยใช้วิธีกดลูกศรเลื่อนขึ้นเหมือนเดิม อย่าลืมกด Set ระหว่างตัวด้วยครับ

Menu and Mono Start keys. Next press the key four times to make the machine
enter the maintenance mode.
(2) Enter 8 and 0 by using the and
Set keys.*

numerical code.)
(3) Press the
Mono Start key several times until the purge count appears on the LCD.
(4) Enter 2, 7, 8, and 3 by using the and
Set keys to reset the purge count to zero.*
(5) Press the
Stop/Exit key to return to the initial stage of the maintenance mode.
(6) Enter 9 twice by using the and
Set keys to exit from the maintenance mode.*

การที่เครื่องตรวจเช็ค ซับหมึกเต็ม นั้นเครื่องถูกกำหนดที่ 6XXX ไว้แล้วครับ ว่า เมื่อกด Cleaning
จะถูกนับไปเท่าไหร่ การเปลี่ยนหมึกใหม่จะถูกนับไปเท่าไหร่ สูญเสียน้ำหมึกมากน้อยแค่ไหนลองตามมาดูครับ

1. การกด Cleanning (สั่งล้างหัวพิมพ์)

สีดำ ถูกนับที่  11 เสียหมึกจำนวน 0.21ml

สี ถูกนับที่ 21 เสียหมึกจำนวน 0.13ml/สี

2. การเปลี่ยนหมึกใหม่ และถึงรอบการ Cleaning รวมถึงการเปิดปิดเครื่อง บ่อยๆ

สีดำ ถูกนับที่  24  เสียหมึกจำนวน 0.44ml

สี ถูกนับที่ 54  เสียหมึกจำนวน 0.32ml/สี

หากมีการ Cleaning บ่อยๆ ก็จะทำให้เต็มไว จะเป็นแบบที่ 1

ส่วน การปิดและเปิดเครื่องใหม่ก็เหมือนกัน จะเป็นแบบที่ 2


จะเห็นได้ว่าการปิดเปิดเครื่องทำให้ซับหมึกเต็มเร็วกว่าการสั่งล้างหัวพิมพ์อีก ดังนั้นไม่ควรปิดเปิดเครื่องบ่อยๆ
บางคนเปิดเครื่องครั้งเดียวแล้วไม่ปิดเครื่องอีกเลยครับ ใช้ได้นานมากปริ๊นไปหลายหมื่นแผ่นซับหมึกยังไม่เต็ม
